Bellabeat's "The LEAF" is now available for sale in the market. The new health trackers is designed for women as a lifestyle tracker cleverly concealed as a piece of jewelry. The smart jewelry functions includes tracking menstrual cycle, monitors stress level and overall activities.

The LEAF is a smart jewelry that has a lot of lifestyle tracking options for women. Although there have been so many health tracking devices out in the market, analysts are saying that this latest product of Bellabeat offers new features that other devices do not have.

The first notable feature of LEAF is that it can monitor the stress levels of the user by monitoring one's breathing patterns. Wearing the LEAF for the first time will show the user's stress levels into the app connected to one's mobile phone and an algorithm will be displayed for users to keep track of their vital signs.

Another feature is that Bellabeat's LEAF can track the menstrual cycle of women and a notification will pop up during a woman's ovulation period. Steps taken and hours that one is asleep is also monitored by the smart jewelry.

The LEAF will help a woman refocus and calm her mind when put under stressful situations. The LEAF app will be a guide showing women goal-oriented breathing exercises in order to regain control of themselves. The product and the app will also let you know if you need to increase your activity or if you need to slow down and take a rest.

The LEAF has a silver chain that comes with the package so it could be worn like a necklace. It could also be used as a brooch depending on how the user wants to use the product. Another great feature of the product is that it's battery life could last up to six months.

Bellabeat's LEAF is also environment-friendly as the packaging is biodegradable. The package is made of sugar cane fiber, bamboo and reed pulp. You can have the fitness tracker/smart jewelry for just $119 for the standard design but for the limited editions, which is made from dark marshwood and sports a gold-colored leaf, you would have to throw in an extra $130 as it costs $250.

The LEAF is said to be in competition with the digital detoxing gadget called Altruis and the smart ring called Ringly.
