Amazon is founded in 1995 by Jeff Bezos. It started selling books and became a popular website because of its tremendous selection of books. The owner believes that there is no place they could offer million titles to book lovers except for the Internet.
As read on its LinkedIn post, 30 days after it was launched, Amazon had served 45 countries and 50 states with all of it accommodated by Seattle headquarter only.
Today, the website sells everything you could think of. From clothes, gadgets, furniture, movies; even hotel bookings.
The hiring of personnel for the Restaurants section means that Amazon never stops creating new innovation to make people's lives convenient, and food will never be out of trend.
