Royal Caribbean Revealed New Construction Photos of the World's Largest Ship, Harmony of the Seas

The world's largest cruise ship, Royal Caribbean is still under construction however, it is one of the most anticipated cruise ships this year. Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas will soon to voyage from France's STX shipyard. 

As part of the cruise line brand, Oasis class series, the Royal Caribbean's third vessel is set to sail in April. It measure 227,000 tons, more massive than the other first two cruise vessels of the Oasis class series with 1,700 tons. The new vessel has 16 decks and can accommodate 5,479 cruise passengers at double occupancy, according to the USA Today. The Oasis of the Seas and the Allure of the Seas, two of the first vessels of the Oasis class ships made its first cruise back in the year 2009 and 2010 and was also recorded as the largest cruise ship before.  

The Royal Caribbean has revealed photos of the Harmony of the Seas' construction. The said newest vessel is at the STX shipyard in France and it's still has a long way until its completion in April next year.  

The Miami-based cruise line brand already released some construction photos of the third vessel last June. And seeing the newest photos this month of October, there's a big difference now. However, the ship is still undergoing major tests. With the maximize capacity to carry a great number of passengers, the ship will have 2,394 service crew. The Royal Caribbean will have 2,747 staterooms with their known modern and advanced techs. 

When the Oasis class' third vessel is completed, the Harmony of the Seas will sail the Western Mediterranean from Barcelona, Spain for its opening ceremony before reaching its homeport, Fort Lauderdale. The Harmony of the Seas vessel will have its first cruise in the Caribbean next year on November.
