Fried Carrot Cake

Fried Carrot Cake is an authentic Singapore cuisine made with preserved radish (chai poh), eggs, and white radish flour cake. The well known dish in Malaysia and Singapore comes in black version with sweet sauce or molasses added and a crunchy version with the cake fried on top of a beaten egg.
