Another bombing incident took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia after a man named Abu Jandal al-Jazrawi who was disguised as a woman blew himself in the parking lot of a Shiite mosque during Friday prayers. The bombing, which resulted to four casualties was claimed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

According to the witnesses, the suicide bomber was disguised in an all black garments usually worn by women of Saudi Arabia and was about to enter the mosque for the women before he was stopped and chased by the civilian security guards. The suicide bomber had blown himself up after being chased resulting to death of other three worshippers including the two civilian volunteer securities who chased him.

There had been two speculations regarding the bombing incident first is that it was the local authorities who prevented the suicide bomber from entering the Imam Hussein mosque while other witnesses said that it was actually two volunteer Shiites who had chased the bomber leading him to detonate the bomb away from the mosque. 

The previous attack, which killed 21 people, was also claimed by ISIS claiming that is was meant to destabilize the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to make the sectarianism stronger in the area. The bombing occurred in the east of the kingdom, which is known for being oil-rich and wherein a sizeable population of Shiite community has been complaining of discrimination.

Meanwhile Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed Bin Nayef has assured the people of Saudi Arabia that the government is ready to defend the people from terrorists' attacks. "Incidents such as this will not destabilize us. We have been through bigger ones; thank God the situation is under control. And if something happens, we will deal with it when the time comes, Nayef said through AFP News.

According to reports, this bombing serves as a blowback against the government of Saudi Arabia after it has joined the US-led coalition against ISIS and labeled the group as a terrorist group.

ISIS claims that Shiites are apostates who deserve to die and that the Saudi Arabian government is committing corruption and is illegitimate.

The government is currently undertaking serious security reinforcement after the incident.
