Jeb Bush has not yet openly announced that he would run for presidency in the 2016 elections but says he "hopes" to and if he does, he would fully comply with the campaign finance regulations with regards to super PACs. However, critics say that Bush is being "hypocrite" for not stating that he would run even though it is clear that he would.

Jeb Bush was questioned in CBS "Face the Nation" if he would run for presidency in 2016 and his answers were vague. "I hope I run... I hope I hope I'm a candidate in the near future", the former Florida governor said. When asked what could possibly persuade him not to run for president,

There are several reasons why politicians do not easily answer questions such as running for an office or making a formal announcement. The major reason behind this delaying tactic is that if they would declare their candidacy, they could no longer have direct relations with super PACs who are raising funds for them according to a recent XWOW report.

Although the Republican governor has been campaigning and raising funds for months he says that he would make his decision if he would run as soon as he comes back in his trip to Europe, which is scheduled in a week.

In the Morning Joe show, co-host Mike Brzeninski criticized Jeb Bush for not announcing his candidacy in 2016, calling the latter a "hypocrite about all his money" as stated in a CBS News report. He argues that Bush is raising money before making the official announcement.

Newsbusters cited Sam Stein of the Huffington Post saying that it's just a joke. He even commented that bush is running adding that, "His whole point though, is to have much money in the bank so that when he does actually jump in, everything that has been said about him can be erased".

Meanwhile, Gov. Jeb Bush received words of praises and support during the Tennessee Republican Party fundraiser event held over the weekend. Sen. Lamar Alexander said, "If we want to win the presidency we're going to have to appeal to a broad number of Americans that we haven't been appealing to over the last several years". He adds that Bush has the capacity to do that. Yet, there is no certainty if voters in Tennessee will support him.
