Frontier $19 One-Way Fare: Grab The Biggest Sale with Travel Dates Until Dec. 16
Frontier's $19 one-way fare is the company's biggest sale of the year. It offers the first 300,000 seats on sale and can be booked from Monday to Friday from Oct. 20 until Dec. 16, 2015.
Frontier is offering the sale at $24, but passengers can enjoy another discount by using code 5OFF to cut the price to only $19. The airline is covering flights in various destinations, but make sure that your intended flight falls on the sale dates. Peak season of course has always been the priciest so take note of this when you book your flight. This is the biggest sale by so far from the airlines company.
Frontier Airline is a low-cost airline that means, there are additional fees for carry bags, checked bags, baggage and seat selection, Million Miles Secrets reports. Make sure that you have checked on the charges before booking your flight if you have decided to take Frontier's $19 one-way fare.
It is not the first time that Frontier offered $19 one-way fare. Announced in July, it offers the same sale of $19 as introductory airfare for new San Francisco flights starting on Oct. 25. There will be daily flights between McCarran International Airport and Milwaukee, Miami, San Francisco and Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport, according to Review Journal. Airbus A320 aircrafts will be flying 177 passengers on its San Francisco route and Airbus A319 jets that can accommodate 144 passengers.
The new flights are part of the airline's expansion by delivering more services to other cities. Frontier airline was acquired by Indigo Partners from Republic Airways for $36 million in 2013 when it was on a $145 million debt. The move to offer $19 one-way fare is said to be part of the company's promise to transform the airline into an ultra-low discount carrier. At present, it flies to seven international and 52 local destinations. It has 105 jets on order that will be delivered in 2016.
