The new Captain America movie trailer was released on November 25 called Civil War, featuring Cap going against Iron Man.

According to The Verge, the movie is set to be released on May 5, 2016. The trailer, which is two-and-a-half minutes long, features Steve Rogers forming his own team with Falcon, Black Widow, The Winter Soldier, and more. The video shows Tony Stark's Iron Man also building his own team and going against Cap. As the title suggests, there is a battle about to happen between the Marvel heroes. In the trailer, fans will also spot Black Panther, who is set to have his own movie by 2017. The movie will also feature Ant Man, which is the first time the superhero will be seen alongside the Avengers.

One of the most important characters that fans were expecting, but didn't see in the trailer was Spider-Man. According to Game Spot, everyone's favorite Marvel superhero will also have his own movie by 2017.

The new addition to Marvel's blockbuster superhero movies is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo. They also directed the very successful Captain America; The Winter Soldier movie in 2014, which gained $700 million.

In a report by the Movieweb, Disney also released three new posters showing Captain America and Iron Man going against each other with the tag line, "Divided we fall."

The third installment to the Captain America franchise picks up after the Avengers: Age of Ultron. The Avengers again is involved in an incident that resulted to collateral damage. This led the government to determine whether to still work with the superheroes or to prohibit them. This leads to conflict among the superheroes as they fight new villains.

After this movie, there are plenty more Marvel movies to follow, including Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War Part I, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Captain Marvel, Avengers: Infinity War - Part II, and Inhumans.
