Google Extends Data Centers In Asia; Assuring Asians Faster Load of Internet Services

Google made full extension of its Internet groundwork in Asia. This will structure the search engine company's latest data centers in Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Primarily, this is Google's first data centers in Asia since the company is considering them as the most essential and advanced concourse for the Internet. "The Asian population will be the dominant user population of the Internet," said Google's Vice President and Internet evangelist Vint Cerf.

Eight years in counting, the search engine giant has been looking for several data centers in Asia; possible hubs include Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, India and even Vietnam. However, the company based their decision on the succeeding trends of Internet users in the market these days.

The most beneficial part, though, is that Google websites and assistance will load more swiftly all over the region specifically the Southeast Asia. In two years, Singapore's data center is expected to be fully integrated. Because Singapore has a limited area, it made them come up with the distinct architecture. Instead of compassing the data center out, they constructed a high-story data platform.

Google also opened its extension in Changhua County, Taiwan on 2013. A $600 million investment on 15 hectares land of 100 meter wind turbines that marked the seaside industrial park.

Google's data centers in Asia will not serve consumers only on their nearest proximity. Data centers from the Asia Pacific regions can serve Internet users from Europe and vice versa. But those who are closer will appreciate higher speed services.

It's a great challenge to produce competent data centers in the Southeast Asian region because of its climate and lofty spectrum of humidity which is pragmatic for services that utilizes low external air temperatures in assisting chilling water used for technical processes or air conditioning systems. But new facilities in the area will be one of the most competent in Asia based on the same high tech and environmental standards that Google uses globally.
